I made a Banana Cake !


 Am I the only one who always bake when don’t know what to do on Sunday afternoon? I feel like baking really de-stresses me, makes me feel like something else! Also, you must know that I’m a big fan of fruits, I could eat them for the rest of my life… yes… I always spend – too many – hours looking for new recipes with fruits in it. What I find cool with fruits is that there is a season for each one of them, which, in that case you are not ALWAYS eating the same ones, and for that, I way yes, yes and more yeses!

Let’s get Baking!



For the recipe you will need :

  • 100g flour
  • 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda 
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • Chocolate chip

First step : Preheat your oven to 175ºC. 

Second step : In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside.

Third step : In a large bowl, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar.

Fourth step : In the same bowl, add in the eggs, one at a time, then add in your 2 bananas.

Fifth step : Add flour mixture in your large bowl, a little bit at a time, while mixing. Finally, add some chocolate chips.

Sixth step : Put in your preheat oven for around 30 minutes, your cake is ready when it starts to be a little brown on the top. 

As I did, you can sprinkle some icing sugar and some milk chocolate that I previoulsy melt, on the top of your cake!
